FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Certification
The FAA is responsible for the supervision and control of civil aviation by the United States Department of Transportation. Its primary objective is to ensure the protection of civil aviation.
Our operational control parameters strictly comply with the FAA regulatory requirements in our determination to serve you best. The Federal Aviation Administration strongly regulates general Aviation by Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
Part 91 applies to non-commercial transactions, and the laws set out in Part 135 apply to commercial transactions. We invest in the highest security level, and we’re not going to settle for anything less.

Part 135 Certification
This certification means that your operator has completed the necessary paperwork and passed the FAA inspections to become a public charter operator. This granting authority for private air charters to operate on unscheduled, on-demand air service.
The services included in this certification are the transport of critical passengers and freight services to remote areas, thereby assisting communities that would not otherwise exist.
This qualification also enables air charters to work closely with the FAA Hazardous Materials Protection Agency to manufacture, handle, and implement licensed hazardous materials.
Part 91 Certification
This is an FAA qualification that enables private pilots to carry dangerous materials for personal use on their aircraft without tracking since they do not transport them for commercial purposes.
Accordingly, under this certification, aircraft operators are only allowed to fly for non-commercial purposes. Under FAA Regulation, Part 91 of the certificate includes safe weather requirements, required landing distances, and pilot eligibility and training.
Other services in this certification include aircraft maintenance and repair, hazardous materials recognition training for personnel and flight schedules.
